Our lawful bases for the collection and use of your data
Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information for service updates or marketing purposes are:

· Legal obligation – we have to collect or use your information so we can comply with the law. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to erasure, the right to object and the right to data portability.

How long we keep information
We will keep your data until you instruct us not to, or until our next five-yearly review. Every five years, we will contact everyone whose information we hold on our contacts list and confirm that you wish us to retain your data. If you do not respond to our review, all your data will be deleted from our records.
Who we share information with: data processors
We host our site on Hostinger.com. Our online platform is created using WordPress. Your data may be stored through Hostinger’s data storage, databases and general applications. They take secure storage of your data very seriously, and assist us to take every precaution to keep our site secure.
